Oh my God, it's the real freakin' deal!

This is a CD I've become very familiar with and the one thing that really makes it work is the guitar work of Joe Norwood. Not to take anything away from the very talented members of the band, of course. The vocals are clear, strong and convincing and the rhythm section is seamless and bold. There are keys and horns that all do a great job but what you have to keep coming back to is that incredible guitar. Joe has created a signature sound that makes no excuses and takes no prisoners. He's a world-class player and this CD is a great showcase for his considerable talent.
