In the late 1970's, Barry Tashian's band, Barry & the Remains, was the opening act for the last Beatles tour. Later, after a stint with Gram Parsons, Barry played rhythm guitar and sang harmony in Emmylou Harris' Hot Band for ten years. Barry and his wife, Holly, have teamed up as a traditional country duo.
