Hi my name is Keith Bieber. I am a Christian believer living in British Columbia, Canada.
This album is my attempt to share the love and grace and freedom of God, which is found in and through His Son Jesus Christ.
God really has given us a Brand New Covenant. It is an unbreakable, unshakeable, everlasting Covenant. It was drawn upon and written in the Precous Blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son. It cost Jesus everything and yet it is freely given to you and I. It is a message that when rightly understood brings incredible freedom and peace to the Human Heart
The Good News of this Covenant is found written within the Bible, where it is called a Covenant of Grace and Peace. Grace means that God's love and favor towards us is completely free and undeserved. Peace means that the problem of our sin which seperated us from God and which warranted His anger and wrath has been completely dealt with at the Cross. Through faith in Christ's Blood we are reconciled to God and made His very own Children. We now enjoy rest, peace, and righteousness through the finished work of Jesus Christ.
The revelation of God that came through His son is a revelation of Love and Grace. We have been freely given right standing with God through the cross of Jesus Christ
This is our foundation.
Religion, which is bound up in rules, creeds, and dogmas has self-righteousness as its foundation and has nothing to do with Love and Grace. For true Love and true Grace is Free Free Free
Thanks for listening ..... Keith
Special thanks also to my good friend Richard Bouthillier for his great harmonica playing on Catching a Train. It makes the song.
The art for the album cover is a painting by Masaccio (1401-1427?), the first great painter of the Italian Renaissance. The painting is the Crucifixion c. 1426
