The music track is also included, alone, for unguided meditation and contemplation.

Kathy Biehl is an attorney, astrologer, Tarot master and singer/actress whose careers have bridged intuition and the logical mind for more than 20 years. She has written, led and produced recordings of guided meditations since the late 1980s.
