3 PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED TRACKS!!!
A MUST FOR ALL JONI FANS!

In the summer of 2002, we started out as a duo playing at cafés and alike with no real intentions of recording a CD. A demo, however, led to an invitation from the Joni Mitchell fan club to a Jonifest near Woodstock, NY. This inspired us to make a full-lenght album called 'A Tribute to Joni Mitchell'. The CD received overwhelming reviews from fans of the Joni Mitchell website who wrote: "They blew us away" and "Highly recommended". The trip to Woodstock led us to some concert and radio recordings of a very young and creatively maturing Joni Mitchell. Three of these - previously unreleased tracks - 'Come To The Sunshine', 'Carnival in Kenora', and 'The Way It Is', we´ve recorded on our second CD: 'Unknown and Famous Songs of Joni Mitchell', also including a band.
Among the "Famous Songs" are 'A Case of You' with organ and piano and 'Conversation' with electric and slide guitar. Even though we´ve added our own fingerprint to these songs, we´ve strived towards keeping them as pure and beautiful as the originals. We hope you enjoy listening!

With Christina Friis crystal clear vocals and Henning Olsen's impressive acoustic and electric guitars,

As far as reviewing your work on Joni's unreleased works what I can say so far is that your work is excellent to this very discerning ear. Not only is your musicianship perfectly correct but you have also captured the feeling and the magic of her creations and it's really like sitting there in the audience so many years ago.

"WHOA. I'll say! I just listened to the clip of "The Way It Is" on the site, and just the 2 minutes I got to hear blew my mind! In addition to Christina's superb vocal, there's some very psychedelic guitar work! When was this song written? Sounds like it was written around the same time as STAS.
Thanks for sharing this with us, (name!) I'll be buying at least one copy of this CD -- and that's based on just 2 minutes of this one song. Can't wait to listen to the rest!!
