Album Notes
This album is filled with songs about feelings and what people experience in day to day living. It covers the gambit from dispair to love.

I Wanta Have A Little Fun, is about waking up and wanting to go out on some adventures.

The Cowboy Hat is about losing a job, receiving a gift, remaining true to someone and then everything works out in the end.

I Was On My Way To California is about love and marriage and a turn of events that was unexpected.

All I Want Is More, is a love song about accepting someone and wanting to be with that person forever.

Something I Can't Find, is about a nagging inner feeling that you're missing something. Kind of haunting.

I Remember Him That Way, is a song about my granddaddy and is about the love and respect I have to a man I
looked up to.

The Fight, is about getting yourself in trouble.

The Love Bug, is all about falling in love and that wonderful feeling that comes with it.

No Front Porch, is about a way of living that is gone now. People used to congregate on the front porch of their homes
to talk, sing and have fun. And oh yeah, kids used to play in the yard all the time too.

Daddy's Little Girl, is a song I wrote about my daughter. She's very special to me.

Time Of Need, is about taking the time to help your fella man when something happens to that person.

A Great CD from a Great Artist
Bill has done it again. This new CD of Bill's songs is brimming with -- well, with heart. Just at the title suggests, Bill has crafted songs that have a genuine appeal. Beyond his extraordinary musicianship and soulful vocals, Bill finds a way to convey the fun and feelings. This is a wonderful collection of songs.

Great Album
Throughout this album can be heard the solid moral teachings of Bill’s Grandaddy spelled out in “I Remember Him That Way”, From his dedicated Love in “Daddy’s Little Girl” and “All I Want Is More” to being faithful in “The Cowboy Hat” and the spiritual rewards of the good Samaritan in “Time of Need”.

If you’ve ever experienced the good “clean” fun of singin’ along with live music in the open air, sat in the swing with your heart-throb, watched the children play or simply listened to the birds sing, you’re certain to appreciate the message in “No Front Porch”.

Aside from the very meaningful songs, Bill’s clear delivery and tasteful style of “Old School” country music, You’ll appreciate the musical arrangement, with just the right sprinkling of instrument introduction, from the galloping harmonica in “I Wanta Have A Little Fun”, jolly whistling in “The Love Bug” to the Steel Guitar Dobro-ish sound and lonesome violin in “Something I Can’t Find” and subtle Keyboard appropriately salted throughout the album.

Just listen, You’ll be delighted. SD Lilly
