Album Notes

My latest record is "Fill It Up" released May, 2011. This is number 5. It almost came out last year but I felt I had to write some more songs and bring the album up as it was a bit dark. About half the songs are relatively new as I write this.

The album is the next logical extension of my work and I feel the songs and recording are really the best so far.

The music has influences ranging from Van Morrison to Jackson Browne, to Marc Cohn to John Hiatt. If that's the kind of stuff you like, I think you will probably like this. If you are mostly into Lady Gaga this may not be for you.

The song previews give you a good idea where stuff is headed. There are no soft ballads that become heavy rockers!
