Bill Sheffield is an honest, gutsy, passionate singer, songwriter, guitarist and performer. In short, he's the real deal! When it comes to the blues . . . his soak time in this genre of roots and heritage music spans more than a generation. He has performed alongside numerous blues icons, from Muddy Waters, John Lee Hooker, T-Bone Walker and Big Mama Thornton to Roy Buchanan. It's obvious when the first note reverberates from his Gibson guitar and those Delta moans escape from his soul that Bill journeys to a special dimension. . . . to a spiritual link with his audience.
Accolades abound from around the world .........
Blues guitarist Tinsley Ellis says "Bill Sheffield is the most dynamic Blues and Soul singer to come out of Georgia since Otis Redding." Roy Buchanan said "Bill is the most underrated guitarist he's ever heard." "Music played with belief and sung with true emotion is an enjoyable experience. That is the foundation on which Bill Sheffield sings and performs." said Michael Mee of Blues Matters UK
