Integrity! That is the best word I can use to describe this recording. There is no extraneous B.S. here! No fluff, because with Bill's voice and piano there's no need for it! I downloaded the MP3's so I missed out on the liner notes, would love to know who the other musicians are on the recording as they all sound great as well. Excellent arranging of the horns. The bass playing by Tom Easley is solid, reliable and understated (in a good way.) Excellent for playing while sitting on the deck enjoying a glass of wine or hanging with friends.

I don't even have to wait for this arrive in order to recommend it highly. I've been a serious Bill Stevenson fan since he hosted THE OCEAN LIMITED back in the day, and am delighted to find some new music by him. If Bill puts it down, I'll pick it up.
