As a vocalist Billy worked with musical legends of our Salsa Music such as: Ray Barretto, Luis Perico Ortiz, Johnny Pacheco, Eddie Palmieri, Los Rodriguez, La Solution, Kako & his Orchestra, Batacumbele, Manny Oquendo & Libre… In September of 2003 Billy was called to be part of “FANIA ALL-STARS” performing at the Madison Square Garden in NY as a Corista and Maraquero.
“Esta Fiesta” his first work as a solo artist with its own orchestra, he shows his experience and influences and creates a unique sound. His first single of the same title “Esta Fiesta” it has placed itself quickly among the most popular songs receiving support in the radial waves of Puerto Rico, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Hawaii, France, Spain, Holland, Germany and in many stations of the Internet radio .
