I find this music and especially the lyrics of the various selections to be most comforting and relaxing especially after a stressful workday or after a long trip in heavy rush-hour traffic. The combination or variety of the selections on the CD are just incredible. I have other CDs; however, I come back to this one--I just love it and play it over and over again!
