ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
My name is BJ Miller. This album has been a dream of mine since high school and was 7 years in the making. I never knew that I would write Southern Gospel music! My producer is Chuck Day, and how I met him was a total God-send. He co-wrote 'Midnight Cry' with his brother Greg Day. I even sent my song, 'The Lost Prisoner' to radio, and it's been playing all over the US on different Southern Gospel/Country Gospel stations in medium and heavy airplay! Praise the Lord!

This album has 10 songs, 7 being originals and 3 covers. My voice sounds like Josh Groban, Michael English and Guy Penrod. Some of my influences in music are the Gaither Vocal Band, Ernie Haase and Signature Sound, Greater Vision, and Chuck Day.

Some people's testimonies about me are:
Eric Barnes
Former Music Minister at Zion Baptist Church, Braselton GA

“BJ’s heart is definitely for the Lord Jesus Christ. I’ve used him on several occasions. His life matches what he sings and he is a refreshing and dynamic singer of the Gospel. It is with all sincerity that I recommend BJ Miller as a guest singer in your service or event.”

Dr. Bob Claytor,
Former pastor at Grace Baptist Church, Eastanollee, GA; Professor of Pastoral Ministries at Toccoa Falls College in Toccoa Falls, GA

“A young man definitely anointed by the Spirit.”

Matt Farrow
Music Minister at Grace Baptist Church, Eastanollee, GA

“There are good singers and then there are great singers. BJ Miller is surely one of the great ones. And when BJ lifts his voice you can see his heart. He loves the Lord and his musical ability touches the soul as he glorifies the Savior in song. BJ is a true blessing every time he sings.”

I pray that God will use this album to bless you and minister to you! God Bless!

Excellent
BJ has been a friend for many years and it has been a blessing to watch his ability grow and develop. His first album is wonderful, simple, and down to earth music. The thing that makes the album special is the young man behind it. BJ truly lives and believe the songs he sings and puts only his best into each song. He has done numerous concerts for me and each time has gotten better.

Southern Gospel Review
I love the tone of BJ's voice....my family loves this CD. Every time we are in the car, my daughter makes me play it. She loves to sing along to God's Army and I Went to the Altar....Listening to BJ's CD even made me go rent The Passion DVD...very powerful....

A Good Album From a Very Talented Singer
BJ Miller is someone who I believe has great potential for being very successful in Southern Gospel music! His passion for Christ and love of music is evident, both lyrically and vocally, throughout the album. I personally enjoy "The Lost Prisoner," "Welcome Home," and "I Went To the Altar." I would certainly recommend this album because of its straightforward and solid message of the power of the Gospel, the message of salvation and grace that we have discovered and rejoice of in Christ, and how it is a reminder of the wonderful day when "we'll be going home." I am truly looking forward to future albums from BJ and I hope and pray God will use his incredible talent and voice in powerful ways...
