Florida's award-winning Black Eyed Soul emerged on the East Coast scene in 2000 with the release of their debut record Thinking of a Brick Wall. Since then, founder, front man, songwriter and guitarist Andrew Marcus has led his band to four more critically acclaimed records including 2007's Hard Karma. Their unique, rootsy, guitar-driven Americana sound has been compared to the likes of Tom Petty, The Replacements, Wilco and CCR. 2008 will find the band back on the road, performing nationwide in support of the new record.
