Bland Bladen (Among the leaves)

The band was formed in late 2001 but the line-up somewhat changed and from 2002 it was, Sebastian Wellander(guitar),
Ola “Solen” Eriksson(keyboard), Dave Janney(bass) and Kaufmann(drums).

We all came from different musical backgrounds/bands/projectsand we ended up as a 4-piece instrumental outfit.
Things started to happen fast and gigs were played all around, even in scandinavia.

After three intense years we took “time-out” in 2004 due to circumstances and members joined different projects like, ÖRESUND SPACE COLLECTIVE and KAABEL.
The later consisted of three BB-members plus a variety of guestsand it was from here we decided to continue as a band again.
This time with a different bassplayer, Betty(The Carpet Knights), and Luz(Missionaries + Aztec Anayas) from Brazil on percussion.

At this point the band had already released a homemade cd back in 2003, called: “I grevens tid”(In the nick of time), which is now about to see
broad daylight as an official release for the first time! Also, a second cd is under construction and about to be recorded soon.

The music contains a variety of styles, atmospheres and themes
but grows from the seed of inspiration, reflecting the five elements of mother earth. (earth, fire, wind, water and the cosmic ether).
