Album Notes

Dharma Singh Khalsa, M.D., founder of the musical group, Bliss is an American Sikh, yogi, and physician. Dr. Dharma's teacher is Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga. Dharma grew up playing the French Horn but switched to harmonica, guitar, and piano after deciding to study medicine.

Dharma's influences are Ricky Nelson, Mose Allison and, of course, The Beatles. He says, "I didn't sit down to write this song; it just came to me out of the blue. My hope is that it can perhaps begin to change human nature as we think about the question: What if war was not an option?"

Dharma is joined by singer/songwriter Thomas Barquee on bass, keyboards and percussion. Thomas also produced the track at his LA studio; the Zen Den. Adding flute to the composition is digital music pioneer and biotech entrepreneur Martine Rothblatt.
