Double Agent Man

by Bliss Bomb

Bliss Bomb is a smoldering female-fronted nine-piece band playing a dynamic blend of original pop, funk and jazz, with a sexy-sophisticated vibe that harkens back to old Hollywood glamor and smokey film noir.

Album Notes
Bliss Bomb's first single, "Double Agent Man" is a musical explosion of jazzy-pop ecstasy. With its luscious grooves, "Double Agent Man" creates music that envelops you - takes you back to the era of classic films and big bands - fills you, and lingers inside you with sensual melodies, provocative lyrics, and resonating rhythms…

Double Agent Man commits the perfect crime
This is the perfect high-octane infectious jazzy-groove tune for those of us that want to dance to something glamourous rather than the 98% idiot-dunce pop-schlock that permeates the radio today. Superbly constructed and played with gusto by a team of seasoned pros, "Secret Agent Man" is an artful throwback to the days of Hollywood queens like Monroe, Russell, Novak, Gardner and Taylor, when women filled out their gowns and shone, all pouty lips and eye-catching hips...a time when men wore suits and hats and possessed both charm and menace in equal parts. But more than that this energetic CD single has fun with its sassy tale of foreign liaisons, ignited women, and dangerous men of mystery. If you don't want to get up and move to this, you probably don't have any groove in you. That's a fact! I look forward with interest to hearing more from LA's Bliss Bomb, whom I am told put on a killer live show that oozes old-fashioned charismatic female star sex-appeal and peels the paint with its musical heat.
