Blisstique is about you being alive!! Celebrate with us all that is worthy of appreciation (which is just about everything I can think of right now, good and bad!!).

pK: guitars, vocals

Pete has been playing music since he was 6 years old. With musical training beginning at this young age, he was influenced by the sounds ever present in his playing and compositions, including classical guitar, folk, jazz, various rock styles as well as today's new sounds of jungle/ drum-n-bass music.

He has been playing in bands and pick-up groups from New York to Philadelphia for years as well as composing for other various venues here in NYC/NJ. Recording credits include the original soundtracks for Hoboken Lou and Little Eath, award winning independent films that made the NYC/LA independent film festival circuits. All of these experiences have directed the latest endeavor of creating the brainchild music ideals that for him lie within the Blisstique recordings.

In an age where most bands fit one mold, Blisstique offers a sound that transcends definition with appeal to a variety of listeners. This is music that holds true to the original spirit of Rock and Roll and Pete Klein is thrilled to have the opportunity to showcase his talents, as well as his equally talented plethora of friends and performing associates in the musical adventure that is Blisstique!


ChrisCat: drum machines, effects, ambience, keys

From upstate NY, Chris Catalina was introduced to electronic music at an early age. At college he played out with the hit outfit Walton & Catalina and since has produced various bands and projects in the local Albany area. His ability with samplers, loops, electronic effects, and keyboards bring Blisstique to the next level. With his innate understanding of production and beat creation he is truly appreciated within the Blisstique family. ChrisCat and pK have been working on variations of the Blisstique project for a number of years and in this latest incarnation of groove, we find Chris at the helm of the rhythm section for the "Light" EP with Pete on acoustic guitar to complete this minimalist approach.


Gus Vigo: keyboards

Gus Vigo, a veteran of the national jam-band circuit as keyboard main man for the Juggling Suns and long time friend of Pete has lent his talents to this "acoustic" project. His finesse on Rollin' and The Inconspicuous Observer in combination with the varied approach to these classic Blisstique songs completes this personnel lineup for the "Light" Ep. This is not the first time Gus and Pete have worked together; he has previously recorded with pK for both indie films, Hoboken Lou and Little Eath.
