The “BLUE BOOK 60 Fast Pitch Softball Edition ” series provides OFFICIALS, UMPIRES, COACHES, and PLAYERS a consolidated “UNOFFICIAL” reference guide that compares and contrasts the predominant rules’ governing bodies such as NFHS, USSSA, ASA, NSA, Pony and Babe Ruth. Please refer directly to the official rule sets for each organization, as “BLUE BOOK 60” is intended to provide “60 second bites” of relevant content. “BLUE BOOK 60” is meant to complement the official publications, NOT REPLACE them.
