Album Notes

Blue confession...the idea was simple enough. Emotional pop songs...the kind you listen to over and over when your heart is bursting with new love...or first becoming certain that you've finally found that one special person to spend the rest of your life with.

Songs from the other side of love's mystery too..two people who can't seem to get it right no matter how they might want to be together. One-sided love, unspoken love...obsessive love...the savage beast of love that shakes us to our core and leaves us to cry out in the night.

These songs are such cries...an homage to love in all of its fascinating, infuriating forms...in hopes that...once confessed...the world again becomes a safe place for a fragile heart.

Blue Confession is the collaboration of a Paris composer, an L.A. lyricist, a guitarist from Baton Rouge...and a singer from Florida, now living in L.A.

Some popular music goes for the throat, but Blue Confession music goes right for the heart strings. The beautiful poetic lyrics, orchestration and production are first class and a most enjoyable listen. Michael, Ron, Steve, and RJ my hat is off to you guys, great job. Bill Wren
