Wonderful folk-pop sound even better live

A great new sound from Australia. Three women who can sing beautiful, elegant songs about human nature. One listen to this CD and it will be on your top ten list.Bluehouse does great covers every now and then too, along with writing their own tastie toons.

In my top 5 faves of all time!

This CD has a regular place high in my rotation!! The vocal skills and emotion Bernadette exudes in Crying or Lonely Girl and Jacqui in Meg's Song make me stop and listen deeply every time! The harmonies are awesome and pure on One of Those Things as well as throughout the CD. Highlights are Jacqui's sultry and powerful voice, Bernadette's vocal range and power, and Sam's great lead guitar. This CD offers the widest sampling of these gal's tremendous talent. And if you ever get a chance...their performance is a must see! Because not only are these women talented, they're funny as heck too!!

A fine companion on the road!

Updated folk with a different spin, the harmonies are superb and the guitar riffs are excellent. Selections are fresh, but harken to the best of elder times. We were blessed to catch The Bluehouse live in Green Lake Wisconsin while we were on vacation in July. They are even a joy in antique old Thrasher's Opera House! Can't wait for their next CD to be released.
