I agree with Heather in SF - nothing beats seeing Bluehouse live - hysterically funny and brilliant, emotional guitar and vocal harmony. But this album comes a pretty good second!

Very happy to offer the first review on this newest release from the gals from Melbourne. Although their earlier release Big is a sentimental favorite, These Days is beautifully written and produced and is my newest favorite! It is absolutely brilliant and I have it in high rotation. There's a little bit of everything on here to satisfy most listeners. A bit of a pop/folk flavor, some awesome harmony, soft & sultry vocals, subtle humor, sweet love songs, full band sounds to understated acoustic guitars, together all with a couple of unique sounding covers. Buy it...and see them live if you can!
