Marty Gasper, vocal percussionist for the band says, “This one is for our fans who have supported our career for the past 4 years. These are the songs they love the most, and it’s our way of saying thank you.”

This recording captures Blue Jupiter’s infectious energy that until now, could only be heard and felt in the seats of a theatre or auditorium. This album brings Blue Jupiter’s show to your living room.

Also featured on this album is Marty’s vocal percussion solo - an impressive 2 minute romp of beat-box! Marty’s lip tricks will amaze you!

Blue Jupiter wishes you the best in 2006 and reminds you to look for our 4th album “Realigned” in late summer of '06.

Wow - studio or live - the best I've ever heard
By chance, I heard these guys on Craig and Company morning show on WTIC in CT. They played a few selections from Scattered Flurries, Blue Jupiter's xmas album. I was pleasently surprised to see Live in NYC and Ear Candy for sale as well. All three albums are the most incredible a cappella records I've ever heard. Buy it.

A Capella heaven!
Calling all A Capella fans!!! This is an absolute must have for any a capella or blue jupiter fans. It’s a mixture of tunes we know and tunes we will soon know all mixed with a flair of live entertainment. From the motownish ‘Get ready’ & ‘Brand new Jones’ to the get up and dance of “Flip Flop Fly & ‘Steal My Kisses’ my foot didn’t stop tapping for hours afterwards! The new songs include such classics as 'Get Ready' and "Happy Together' to the 80's hit by C. Lauper 'Time after Time' with 'Remedy', by Jason Mraz, bringing the group up to modern day. The live version of the Ear Candy tunes had me falling in love with them all over again. The audience participation on ‘All the Small Things’ was really cool as was the awesome Marty drum solo! A solo like you have never heard before. It is done all with voice rather than with an instrument! It's to cool for words.

SPECTACULAR!!!
i havent taken this CD out of my player since i bought it. it is blue jupiter's best CD by far! the songs are really energetic and have lots of feeling...even the slow ones are energetic. Blue Jupiter has made 3 of the most amazing a cappella records i have ever heard. Live in NYC is the best of all of them, i think, but that is just because it is the most recent, but all of them rock just as much! buy all of them now, and buy copies for loved ones as well. trust me, you will NOT regret it! once you listen to it, it'll be hard to stop!
