What can be more beautiful, peaceful and personal than a mother singing her child to sleep? This archetypal moment is the inspiration for this special collection of songs. For hundreds of years, mothers have passed on the sounds of these soothing phrases while lulling their babies to sleep. It is often the simple lyrics that ease the mother as well as the child during times of need. It is my hope that these endless melodies will be cherished in your home for children and parents of all ages.

Bethany Neese is a native of Sonoma County with a Master's Degree in Music from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. She has attended many opera programs in the SF Bay Area, and loves to both perform and teach. She has taught voice at the local junior college, and high school. She currently sings for weddings, and is the Musical Director for shows at the in-town theatre. She teaches both private voice and piano and loves to guide people to inhance their musical potential. She resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two toddlers!
