This is a recording of a rare show from the Bobby Lounge Iron Lung Tour show (11/18/06) at the Fuhrmann Auditorium in Covington Louisiana. Prof. Calvin Tubbs, Bobby’s toastmaster, introduced Bobby to the audience, and Bobby was assisted by his nurse, Gina Pontevecchio. Bobby only plays about one show a year so this is as close to a live show that anyone will ever see. Included in this CD are a few jokes that Bobby entertained the audience with that night. This show did not include any livestock.

Killer!
author: RJToronto
BL has been a fave of mine since 2006, and I own the first two CD's as well.
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to spend a night with a talent and a national treasure? Wonder no more, as Bobby's Back In Town LIVE! answers all the questions.
He entertains with his lyrics, and harkens back to a time when music was fun, bawdy, and balls-out fun.
If this is your first taste of Bobby Lounge, make this your first purchase, as it offers great live versions of tracks from both previous studio CD's.
God Bless the South, and Bobby Lounge too!
I agree with 6aa ... I'd sell out a room for Bobby if he ever deigned to cross the border with the Iron Lung on tour.

Wow - When do we get him in Canada

I wish I had been there. What a showman. This is a real good recording BTW! I can understand all the words - crazy lyrics for sure. I read where he only has played about 15 times in the last 15 years. So I guess this is about as close I will ever get to a live show.
