The song was written the day after 9/11 and produced within a few days. The sub-title, "All that we can do right now is pray" was a line taken from President Bush's address on the day of 9/11, which became the theme for the song. Donations were taken at that time by a local church in Orlando, FL in exchange for a free CD, and all proceeds were donated to the families of the victims.
