Masterpiece!
I've just listened to the new CD by Irish whistle master Bob Pegritz and in my opinion it is a masterpiece. It's called "Whistleworks III: My Lines." It is one of the most musically satisfying CD's I've ever listened to. Bob's playing is just great, the sound and ensemble playing are superlative, and I must give special credit to Ben Roundtree for wonderfully effective arrangements. Every track has great merit, but I especially liked "Monster Hornpipes," the medley of "Hector the Hero" and "I'd Rather Have Jesus," "Frank's Tune," and "The Glory of Love." Bravo, Bob the Whistler!
