If late night TV shows can have a house band we can have a Bob Young. You need a theme, call Bob. You need a parody, call Bob. You want to hear some great original music that you¹re amazed the rest of the world hasn¹t discovered, call Bob. I was considering the name "American Stories" for my own upcoming cd release, googled the name and ran upon this cd. I've gone from never having heard of Bob Young to becoming a big fan. The songwriting, production and performances are top notch. I love the unlikely combination of a T-Rex riff and a Dylan style vocal in "Hit Me", and couldn't keep a smile off my face listening to "Roll Me A Long One". I'll find another name for my record. This one deserves a title all to itself. Great stuff!

I knew Bob Young a long time ago, and I was in awe of his guitar playing. His work with WGN thru the years was great. I loved the CD. Of course, "Hey Baby" was my favorite. Where can I get other material from Mr. Young?

We purchased two CD's so my husband and I could have our own! We respect and like Steve and Johnnie's opinion and just love Hey Baby. What I like about the CD is the variety of beats and messages in the music. I'll buy more Bob Young!

I love the CD. I ordered it for the song Hey Baby that I heard on the Steve and Johnnie show. To my surprise I like several of the other songs also. Hey Baby still my favorite with Mary right behind!!! Thanks, Ruth
