These are the songs they do in their live shows that everybody wanted on a CD.The songs are sometimes jazzy, sometimes pop, sometimes rock & roll, but always full of fun. Check out "OCD" and see if you don't think it was written about you or a close friend. Fred & Gloria had a ball doing this CD and it shows.

Gloria says, "Joy, fun and laughter are an important part of our days...we are always making up silly songs about most anything and generally look at life "lightly". It is our hope that you will get a dose of health and well-being as you listen to these songs." Maybe a little mischief, too.
