Maurice Boivin is not only a well-known and respected Canadian pianist but also an author, recording artist, and, more recently, a painter. He plays in a classic, improv style that may bring to mind such greats as Duke Ellington, Teddy Wilson, or even Keith Jarrett in a quiet moment.
