Album Notes

I am a nurse, that is what I do. But I am also an artist, a musician,vocalist,poet and songwriter. I have always believed in music to heal the many hurts in my life. This album of old jazz standards and romantic ballads is the culmination of several years work full of stops and detours.I wanted to express, through my voice, the beauty in these songs as well as showcase the talent that God has bestowed upon me, the gift of music. I am thankful everyday for being granted this gift.
This album, which was named after my favourite flower,
is dedicated to Nurses and Heathcare workers everywhere who fight the good fight everyday and rarely get recognized for
it. I am proud to say I am a member of this elite and special group of individuals. By buying this CD you will be
honoring not only my music, but all those that work in healthcare twenty four hours a day,seven days a week and do it with grace,fortitude and dignity. God Bless you all.
