What's It Gonna Be

by Bonni Dance

The single, “What’s It Gonna Be” is every woman’s nightmare of an indecisive man who wants to play the field. A bouncing beat laid over dark, ominous strings mixed with strong lyrics leads the listener to believe there may be something lurking up the singer’s sleeve as she offers her man an unwavering ultimatum.

Album Notes
The BD Project is a mix of different flavors... something for everyone, if you will. It is a collection of music based on real life experiences told in honest vulnerability, and sharp tongued truth. Being that the artist, Bonni Dance has been influenced by a number of musical genres, the mix consists of R & B infused with Jazz, with a hint of Rock and Pop. The songs flow from hard-hitting in your face, to soft, sweet, and sexy, to inspirational. No, this artist isn't schizophrenic, just versatile. With a 4 1/2 octave range, Bonni Dance can sing practically anything and the mix of styles on The BD Project proves it. The first single, What's It Gonna Be, is every woman's nightmare of having an indecisive man and being strong enough to let him go if necessary. The bouncing beat of this song is a great compliment to the dark mood and lyrical content. Not too over the top, she gets her point across. The follow up singles, The Main Event and Believe are extreme opposites of the first single and offers true testament to the versitility of this artist. The upcoming full length CD probably should've been titled "Something for Everyone" because it definitely has something that can be appreciated by people from all walks of life.
