Boogie Da Don "Toppin' All" is the album that almost wasn't. While looking for the right connections to produce his debut album Boogie was about to give up when a relative knew the folks behind one of Louisville's hottest independent production company PSM Style Productions. Taking the relative word on the hot young rapper, Boogie was invited to drop some free style at the studio and immediately impressed the decision maker and the making of a star was born.
