Borealis is a 5 piece melodic/power metal band from Orangeville, Ontario. Together and writing since October 2005 with Matt Marinelli on guitar and vocals, Sean Werlick on the keyboards, Jamie Smith on bass, Kenny Fobert on guitars, and Sean Dowell on drums, these highschool friends have built a sound and show worthy of the greatest audiences. Being fresh out of the studio, and with their brand new full length album \'World of Silence\' now available on www.BorealisBand.com, Borealis is ready to spread their music as far as possible, and beyond! Combining elements of power, melodic, and symphonic metal into one, they have created a sound that is all their own. Borealis has played with bands such as SONATA ARCTICA, KAMELOT, EDGUY and EPICA, among other amazing acts.
