Album Notes

Bottled By Fools is an acoustic, folk-like band from the Pottstown area. With influence ranging from Sufjan Stevens to Brand New to even the Gilmore girls, they are the result of a series of songs Josh wrote in 2004 and wished to bring to life with friend, Eric Povish and others from their local high school.

Shortly thereafter the 'band' became more of a priority than other projects, and they usually had friends come and go on the stage to lend their talents on guitar, bass, cello, and piano. Over the course of a year and a half, the band has accumulated close to 40 songs, and they show no sign of slowing down.

Playing around the town has been a great and rewarding experience, and certain coffee houses and art galleries have become some what of a blessing for the band to have a regular place to play every month and to meet new people. Today, thanks to Scott Langwig and his guitar, the band is now a three piece, but it still welcomes new and old friends to share the stage.

REVIEWS

Absolutely fantastic, very original!

This CD was well written and extremely original. The music was great, and it wasn't overpowering. It wasn't all screaming and loud music like most bands today, and I respect the originality. Love the lyrics, keep 'em comin' guys! -Cj

Everything Dashboard is trying to accomplish... Without shitty lyrics and music.

This album sounds like everything off of Saddle Creek, minus the pretention. I think the Beatles said it best, or even the Replacements, when they stated, "Let is be." That's pretty much exactly what the band does on this album, in my humble opinion.
