Brad Price is originally from Southern California. His interest in music was sparked when his family moved from Huntington Beach, California to Springfield, Missouri in 1976.
Brad relates that due to the fact that he had to sell his surfboard, he didn’t have anything to do other than make his new friends laugh with his “City Boy" fear of cows, and various other country critters. His father then stepped in and gave him “The Kenny Rogers Home Guitar Course”(two books and two records) and a guitar.
At this point he disappeared into his room, and came out only for food and water!
Brad's very first “Gig” came when he, and a drummer buddy of his, signed on to perform after hours at a local skating rink. "We played every Saturday night in the summer of 1979. We were set to play again the next summer, but were cancelled because the owner of the rink realized in the interim that our music had inspired too many of the kids that hung out at the rink to go out and make babies in the parking lot!"
In 1981 he landed in Branson Missouri, where he worked small pubs and lounges. From there he went on to other opportunities that include opening for, and playing lead guitar for Bobby Helms (Of: “My Special Angel” fame).
Brad Price makes his home in Las Vegas, NV.
