The music of Brad Reynolds has been described as \"acoustic-pop that takes God out of the box\". Influenced by the likes of Steven Curtis Chapman and Wes King, Brad\'s musical offering is a fresh mixture of thought provoking lyrics and commercially friendly acoustic guitar driven melodies that offer the listener a message of hope and encouragement through Jesus Christ. In 2008 Brad\'s original song \"Anyway\" won the Christian Independent Alliance Momentum Award for Song of the Year. Brad\'s debut project \"In The Real World\" was also a top 5 nominee for Album of the Year. Visit Brad Reynolds at www.bradreynolds.com.

Brad Reynold's "In the Real World" is real and that is a credit to his songwriting and willingness to be honest. It was clear to me that he cared both about his craft of songwriting and his devotion to the Lord. Of course, the good production and quality of the sound made the CD that much better.

Embracing the introspective side of spirituality, this collection of modern Christian pop rock is sincere and pragmatic, an intimate look at everyday challenges and their deeper meaning as it may relate to the big picture. While the songs are easily accessible, they are understated in their craft, with more going on musically than may first seem apparent. Subtle programming elements meld the lead and rhythm guitars together, forging a sound that is well produced and very warm. The vocals match the vibe well, blending harmonies that are effortless in their accompaniment. While the subject matter of the songs is decidedly spiritual, the lyrical content tends to allude to personal experience, adding a noticeably unique feel to the overall positive feel of the tracks. Well played and full of life, this album does a fine job of blending a message into some catchy, original pop rock tunes.
