Album Notes

Brad has been playing music, in some form, for most of his life. It started in Miami, Florida as a teenager playing guitar, bass and singing at parties. He discovered he had a real gift as a musician, songwriter and performer. When he moved to North Carolina he did a lot of studio work and played in many different bands including a house band in Charlotte called Fantasy Band. Eventually, Brad relocated to California with his original band to pursue his dream of music. After a few member changes the group became Daddy Warbucks. They were very popular on the Southern California circuit and played all over, including venues such as, The Country Club, FM Station, The Roxy, The Whiskey, Gazzari’s, The Troubadour and many others. Brad has also worked with many different projects in California doing studio work and live performances. Some of these projects include Kasey, Outrage, Heat, Ice Hot, Flashback, Shauna, The Sugar, Jenny Kerr Band and others. Brad has also been on tour to Europe and the United States. Today Brad lives in Northern California where he performs his original music frequently, does studio work and plays with a number of different bands. He also has a solo recording out called Walk with the Elements. Brad performed all of the vocals and instrumentation except the drums which were played by Chris Krotky. Chris also engineered and co-produced the project. Brad is very pleased to be able to share his music with the world. Now you get to enjoy the listening pleasure of his years of experience and creativity. He is currently working on another original project that is soon to be released. Having versatile tastes, he has explored many different styles. Across the years of his musical journey, he has discovered that, like everyone, he has a multi-dimensional, multi-facetted personality. Brad likes to express these different sides of himself in his music. Bridging his many influences and inspirations, he has created his own style. His music rocks and it has a positive message. It's also coupled with softer tones that are meditative and peaceful. “I have played everything from big band jazz to classical, reggae, blues, blue grass, funk, gospel, speed metal, punk and even beer crying country. The bottom line is that I LOVE TO ROCK!”

Brad also believes in the transformational healing power of music. "It touches people emotionally in so many different ways. On the surface it may seem like just another song. However, what’s going on at the deeper levels can be quite profound. Music brings back memories for people in a very powerful way. It can also be a tremendous mood lifter when things are challenging. There is nothing like a great piece of music to create an inspiring feeling in us. I never know how far my songs might be traveling out there, so I try put out a positive vibes. It’s also a good metaphor for life. Anything that helps to make the world a better place is a beautiful thing.”
