Album Notes

“Lasting Impressions” actually represents my
“digital expressions” of some of my favorite
classical pieces. I chose synthesized voices,
electrical tone colors if you will, to complement
each particular composition. Then I performed
them using a touch sensitive keyboard which
allows for expressive playing. All tracks are single
takes, with no overdubs or editing. In some pieces
I triggered in percussion as I was playing. I hope
you enjoy this “new age angle” on piano pieces.
