Album Notes

Andy Brasher and Dustin Bogue spend most of their time writing, recording and performing. Every chance they get, they do these things together. If you are a fan or friend of either of these two, we think you are really going to love what they come up with when they collaborate. The beginning of Brasher/Bogue could be traced back to 5 years ago. Dustin Bogue had just moved to Nashville, where Andy Brasher was living at the time. A mutual friend asked Bogue to come pick with him and his buddy. “The first time Andy and I got together and jammed, we just clicked right away” says Bogue. The session lasted into the wee hours of the morning, until apartment security came and shut it down. By then, the pairing had been put in place. The years since then have taken each of them all over in their own musical journeys, but they have continued to build and maintain their friendship, all the while writing more and more tunes. The chemistry in their writing was obvious from the first time, but when they decided to play a show together, they realized that they had something special. While each have their own unique ways, when the two are paired, it is really something else. Not only the music, but they’re genuine love for playing and their constant comic relief . “It is just so fun, so easy and so right. It is really the way it is supposed to be!” The beginning of Brasher/Bogue could be traced back to 5 years ago. Dustin Bogue had just moved to Nashville, where Andy Brasher was living at the time. A Perfect Little CD

Andy Brasher & Dustin Bogue have put together a real kind of "album for everyone", from traditional country, to modern country rock, to folksy sing-a-long. The lyrics of each song are comfortable and storytelling. I feel familiar with the characters and therefore the artists. The stories leave a mark on the listener. I find myself singing the songs all day long, even when I don't have the CD playing. Please don't think you are getting the usual stuff when you buy this CD. You are getting the future of radio country.
