The Retreat (formerly known as Breaking Twilight) is comprised of 5 seasoned musicians from Atlanta... with many years of experience playing in other bands of various styles. These influences come together to form a style of rock that is fresh and diverse, yet immediately accessible and radio-friendly. Their well-arranged songs feature a tight rhythm section, 3-part vocal harmonies, intertwining keyboard and guitar parts, and emotionally stirring lyrics. Anyone that gets to catch a Breaking Twilight live show will be clear that this is a band that is going places....

Breaking Twilight regularly plays full-band shows in clubs and venues as well as acoustic shows in coffeehouses, etc. The Beginnings EP showcases the band\'s acoustic work, and a full-band EP that will be released later this year.
