Breanna Paletta says that music equals life. It is all consuming.
She likes to tell stories. She likes to paint pictures with words.
She lives in Portland, OR and doesn\'t mind the rain...most of the time.

The daughter of a blues musician and a stay at home mom with good taste (a la The Beatles, James Taylor, Fleetwood Mac) Breanna\'s formative years were a flurry of melodies and the smells of old vinyl. Throw in an almost painfully shy childhood, a love for words and their meanings, a longing for truth and beauty, a dash of wonder and a generous helping of heart-break and you\'ve got one hell of recipe for authentic, emotive songs.

Through a series of coincidences or fated events Breanna became the voice of Portland band Rye Hollow and shared the stage with Tony Furtado, the Cowboy Junkies and Tori Amos.

Now with her own band of close friends and quirky instrumentation she\'s on a crusade of sorts: To say something worth saying; to make you feel.
She let’s you see who she is and gives you a glimpse inside yourself.
