Surviving Georgia is an intelligent, funny, moving and delightful romantic comedy starring some of Australia’s most loved actors from film and television including Pia Miranda, Holly Valance, Spencer McLaren and Caroline O'Connor with Shane Jacobson.

The score, which was written predominantly for strings, melodic percussion and piano, explores the themes of the film including loss and love, self discovery, resolution and happiness.

"Heidi (Pia Miranda) and Rose (Holly Valance) are sisters running from the things they don’t want to face. Life, love and responsibility. But in order for them to move forward, they must learn to let go of the past and reconcile with their feisty and vivacious mother (Caroline O’Connor) who walked out on them 12 years ago.
