ABOUT THIS ALBUM


Album Notes
I was was born in Cork in 1962 and work as a teacher of English in Dublin.

I have been writing songs for over 20 years but started getting more serious in the last 4 years. I have made the finals of a number of big song contests notably, The Dun Laoghaire song contest in 2001 and have been a finalist for three years in a row ( 1999-2001) at the Glinsk song contest. I won the songworks song contest in 2000.

My main influences are Christy Moore, Jackson Browne, Neil Young, Simon & garfunkel and my favourite artists today are Luka Bloom, Sinead Lohan and Richard Shindell.
