Briertone was formed in 2002 in california’s central coast small town san luis obispo, eventually picked up and moved to the city, los angeles; the band was formed by singer/songwriter adam pasion and taylor odenwald.
Briertone is rock n’ roll, with some severe country twang. the band has the talent and innovation to compliment their songs with banjo, mandolin, fiddle, lap steel, and stand up bass. briertone has been blowing the minds of audiences since their start, with their powerful and melodic ballads and their foot stomping progressions. audiences leave their shows as changed people.
Briertone has released 3 EPs on something sacred, an art collective out of san luis obispo. the band dabbled with it’s share of industry hype and major label offers but managed to escape unscathed, and are to this day an unsigned band.
Briertone is not just a new band, or simply some new sound, it’s a movement and an awakening. you will love this

Sojourners picks up on a new foot where some of Briertone's other albums left off. I was excited to pick this one up and even more excited to find out that it lives up to the band's ability to draw more out of song and melody.....
