ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
the nightbreed crew...came together in streets of parkland in the city of tacoma washington. surrounded by gang violence and hard times. the nightbreeds founder (brimstone) started a free style battle night. out of an old garage, trying to bring local rival gangs together and to give everybody a chance to tell their story.. and any money that was made went towards the efforts of under ground hip-hop. but just in a short time the nightbreed was split due to events that took place. in the streets of tacoma. a few years later brimstone found out that the sprit of the breed was still going strong in parkland and has spread to a few neighboring cities..(spokane, seattle and the tri-cities) and many more. so brimstone went to work..but about this time brimstone was still in the beginning stages of the u.s. marine corps which caused a lot of troubles because of the war on terrorism. with this in the back of his mind, brimstone went threw a lot of trials..during his service. but a little light shined on him when he meet the local detroit rapper named lo-key. immediately the two young marines hit it off great realizing that they had the same views on hip hop where it's, been where it's going and where it needs to be. as soon as possible they both started setting up for the verbal animal album. and almost like a wildfire a few other rappers and poets jumped on board from various cities wanting to be a part of the movement which has become the nightbreed fam. so which brings a multitude of styles to this new but old found family that will make any true hip hopper not mattering which coast or where you live, what race or religion you believe in this is something you will all feel. in cities starting from tacoma and stretching from canada all the way to the corners of miami. because of these events nightbreed has become larger and more diverse which makes this album a must hear.

Easy to understand the words, and it is excellent hip hopper music.
I think that the transition time between track 2 and 3 can be shorten by 2 or 3 seconds.

The Popes'

Like the old twist Tupac sound

I failed on the star rating
Realized that I did not give any stars during my review! My failure! Amending that here!

CIA's Wife

It's about time there is something uniqe out there!!
Great lyrics, great beats, and best of all they have something different to say! I'm sick of today's "hip-hop" sound. It's like they all sample off the same tracks. It's good to hear that there are still original artists out there! Keep it comming!
