ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Hey there! I'm Brittaney Brannock. I'm 18, I sing and play guitar and I'm pretty much obsessed with writing songs about everything, more specifically love and loss, but that seems to be the common theme for a lot of people.

I was born in the sunny city of Miami Florida but I moved to Massachusetts when I was 5 and lived here ever since. My favorite color is sea foam green. I have three guitars and I love them all. If I had a million dollars I would spend it all on guitars, oh and coffee.

Music is and forever will be my passion. It lets me voice the words I can not say. It's the centerpiece of my world. I started writing songs when I was around 6 years old. I like to think they have gotten better since then due to the fact that they were about bunnies and nursery rhymes. I write songs about what I'm going through at that exact moment in time. That moment tends to be a 2 am in the morning, but none the less it's that moment.

Every pinnacle in my life is on a sheet of paper somewhere in my room with a set of chords attached. I really like to laugh and make people laugh. I love meeting new people. I love performing and watching peoples reactions to my music. I love watching people try to figure it all out in the 3 minutes I'm playing. If my songs can inspire someone else to do something than it has served its purpose because everyone of them has helped me in my life.

I knew I wanted to work in the music industry when I was really little but just recently in the past 3 years it has truly become something I see myself doing for the rest of my life. I performed at an open mic night and was asked to come back and do a real show. This show changed my life, I saw people responding to my music and I will crave that feeling forever. Someday, hopefully soon, I hope to see a crowd full of people in the stands with my name on the ticket.
