The mortally wounded King Arthur commands his last knight Sir Bedivere to throw Excalibur into the lake. Bedivere debates the wisdom of such an act but finally does as commanded. Afterward he places Arthur in the funeral barge which leaves for Avilion with Bedivere watching alone from the shore. The story is accompanied by a sound scape created with field recordings, sythesisizer, digderidoo and hurdy gurdy.
Narrated by Chris Turner
