After eight years in San Francisco, Brittany Shane has become well-known on the west coast music scene. And as her latest CD will attest, her music has matured with her.
“Have Heart Live Young” was produced by Zack Smith (founder of 80s band Scandal) and mixed by Grammy nominated producer Joe Chiccarelli. Recorded in San Francisco with additional sessions in New York and Los Angeles, Brittany’s new music paints a tapestry of imagery. The arrangements feature an evolved direction from “Decked Out” (her 2003 release named one of the best local CDs by the San Francisco Chronicle/Aidin Vaziri).

Brittany Shane was recently named the San Francisco Chronicle\'s Fresh Artist for her accomplishments.
