Album Notes

Minister Franklin “Bubby” Fann is a native of New Jersey. He still resides there with his wife Teenay Fann and their son Gary. Minister Fann, affectionately known as “Bubby” by all of his family, colleagues and friends, is a gifted songwriter as well as an anointed Minster of the Gospel for such a time as this. He received his Ministerial license from the First Baptist Church of Jericho in Deptford, New Jersey in 2004 under the Pastoral leadership of Pastor Clabon Bogan, Jr.

Bubby has written over 250 compositions, including his impacting hit songs “Jesus Saves” and “Judah Prayze”. His love for gospel music was nurtured at his father’s church where he joined the music ministry at a young age as the church drummer and he later became the church organist. Because of his deep love and dedication to Gospel music, which has proven to be his true calling, his ministry in music has spread from his father’s church to mega church ministries and concert stages around the world. One of his greatest memories was playing in Rome, Italy at the Vatican before the late Pope John Paul for a Christmas Special covered by CNN. Bubby has also performed in France, Jamaica, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Germany, and Canada with Queen Ester Marrow and the Harlem Gospel Singers where he served as Musical Director. Bubby has traveled across the united states as well as Paris, France and Africa with the world renowned artist Liz McComb.
Bubby is the founder of his group Praise Beyond, formally known as “Unlimited Praise”. In 2001 Bubby and his group received a nomination for Best Contemporary Group/Choir at the GMWA Excellence Awards. Additionally, in 2003 Bubby received a preliminary nomination for the Stellar Awards for the Song of the Year category for his hit song “Judah Prayze”. On numerous occasions he has performed on BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel music show and Gospel music retreat. One of his most special performances included the 25th Anniversary celebration of Tyscot Records, where he performed with Deitrick Haddon, Bishop Larry Trotter, Rance Allen, Dr. Bobby Jones, and Dr. Leonard Scott. He has also performed at the House of Blues in Chicago and Atlantic City.

In 2004 The Lord set his approval on Bubby Fann and Praise Beyond. During this season, Bubby and his wife Teenay launched their very own production company, “Bf Sounds Music Group”, which is the label for Bubby Fann and Praise Beyond. Bubby has produced many Artist such as Bishop Charles Lyles and the New John Howard’s Caravan, New Hope Youth Choir, Michelle Buster, Tamiyya J, Henry Hall, Mt. Carmel Celebration Choir, Sharrond King, as well as all of his group’s projects.

His new project “Destiny Bound” is destined to bring the body of Christ back to true Praise and Worship.
