Synthesizing a broad array of influences into an aural parade, this album celebrates both unity and diversity as it propels the band on their way to your soul. I call it a jazzy Beck type thing, that occasionally breaks into sonic rock guitars and hip-hop

Album Notes

The Buck Dewey Big Band is a five piece genre jumping song band with two CD\'s to their credit. Originally released on Fruitpunch Records, their first CD \"Friday Night Chicken Waltz\"was well recieved and sold modestly. Their first tour to support their debut took them from Vermont to Georgia and back.

After their return and with a new bass player, they then released their second CD, \"War Bonnet Love Sonnet\". This 13 song CD, recorded by Rob Pemberton at Sound Station Seven in Providence, RI, was both a critical and commercial success. The group continued to play shows, touring out to Ohio and again to Georgia, before calling it quits in 2001.

Below, you can download all the songs on both CDs. You\'ll also find an assortment of photos taken by Cordula Peters, some of the promotional swag, and (soon!)even a video done for ESPN\'s X-Games. Come back for a live CD with some unreleased material to be released later in 2006.
